In the field of life coaching, personal development, if any one ask you” who is Tony Robbins”, I think, you will find hardly anyone who says negative.

Tim Ferriss, one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Business People, the author of bestselling book “The 4-hour work week” beautifully explain who Tony Robbins is! He says Tony Robbins has outlasted so many other life coaches because he doesn’t just dish out advice–he actually takes risks. “Most have no chops,” says Ferriss. “They’ve never built real companies; they’ve never dealt with high-profile clients in high-stakes circumstances.” After all, most gurus would have no problem telling someone to plunge into a raging, snake-infested river. It takes another kind to jump right in there with them.
Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff , a $6.6 billion San Francisco enterprise behemoth explained the story of Tony Robbins.
In July 2012, while Benioff was vacationing with four buddies at Robbins’s Namale resort in Fiji, Robbins decided to show them something in the middle of the night. He shuffled them into his jeep, drove to a bridge, and then came to an abrupt halt in the middle of it. Below was a raging river. Robbins said they were all going to jump off to face their fears. “I’m afraid and nervous,” recalls Benioff about staring down at the water swirling below. “I have no idea what’s going on.” But he jumped anyway.
Robbins waited until they were in the water to tell them about the poisonous snakes. Shortly after he mentioned them, Benioff saw one swimming next to Robbins. “Tony didn’t seem to care about the snakes,” says Benioff. “But I did.”
That is Tony Robbins!
Robbins was born on February 29, 1960, Glendora, California, in to a working-class family. In childhood he adopted the surname of a stepfather.
As a motivational speaker, Robbins lately increasing his focus on financial success and to tailor his services specifically to entrepreneurs, business owners, and wealthy people. His most notable general event was an annual six-day gathering attended by thousands of participants, each of whom paid thousands of dollars for a seat.
Robbins’s books included Unlimited Power: The New Science of Personal Achievement (1986); Awaken the Giant Within: How to Take Immediate Control of Your Mental, Emotional, Physical & Financial Destiny (1991); and Money—Master the Game: 7 Simple Steps to Financial Freedom (2014). Unshakeable: Your Financial Freedom Playbook (2017) and The Path: Accelerating Your Journey to Financial Freedom (2020) were both written with Peter Mallouk. The documentary film Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru, directed by Joe Berlinger, was released in 2016.
